Based on the Fair Credit Billing Act passed by the U.S. Congress, your bank is not allowed to hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank should decide to exercise their right to hold you liable for that $50.00, Lavish Party Rentals will reimburse you for that amount, up to the full $50.00. www.lavish-party-rentals.booqable.com will only cover your liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card was caused by no fault of your own from purchases made with www.lavish-party-rentals.booqable.com while using our SSL secure server.
In the event that you suffer a loss due to unauthorized use of the credit card, according to law, you must notify your credit card company immediately based on the reporting rules and procedures which they have provided you.

Caution and safety must always play a part in our decision of whether or not to set up due to certain weather conditions. Therefore, these rules are hard-and-fast, never to be deviated from. They are strong guidelines in which we use to sometimes make tough calls that may possibly affect your event. Please know that we always make decisions with the utmost concern for you, your children/ guests and our team member Safety and Satisfaction. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

We request that if your going to cancel, you do so by 5PM the day BEFORE your event. Any cancellations after this time may result in loss of rain check and additional fees.

Once confirmation is provided to us that you would still like to proceed with your reservation, our team will be directed by management to deliver. A $60.00 cancellation fee will apply if you wish to cancel after confirmation is obtained. This fee is for the loading/unloading of items, travel time, and cleaning of equipment.

Please have a secondary plan in the event any of these weather conditions are in the forecast for the day of your event:

Rain chances are 60% or greater for the day. 
Sustained winds and/or Wind gusts are 18 MPH or higher. 
Temperatures outside are below 43 degrees.

If any of these conditions are in the forecast and/or present, we would be unable to deliver any equipment for any outdoor event. 

If you cancel BY 5PM the day BEFORE your event rain-checks can be applied.

Once confirmation is provided to us, or if client has not cancelled by 5PM the day before your event, our team will be directed to deliver the inflatable/equipment by management. A $60.00 cancellation fee will apply if you wish to cancel after confirmation is obtained. This fee is for the loading/unloading of items, travel time, and cleaning of equipment.

If you cancel BY 5PM the day before your event rain checks will be provided. (Rain checks are valid for up to 1 year). Deposits are non-refundable.

If you do not cancel by 5PM the evening BEFORE your event and the rain chances are below 60% please plan on having your inflatable delivered.

Once the unit(s) is set up, full price is due. Rain checks/refunds will not be provided.

We cannot delay your delivery time in hopes of the rain stopping. This puts a lot of stress on our team and causes a big delay on other customers reservations.
